I was listening to the radio this morning and they were talking about a toothless schmuck that won a 240 million dollar jack pot. He said he was going to fix his missing two front teeth and take his kids to disneyland (and talk to a guy who knows about money).  It got me thinking, “What would I do with a boat load of money if I got some dropped into my lap?”

First, I would sell the condo (or maybe rent it out?), either way, I’d pay the mortgage off. I would then buy a house, probably a 90% loan closer to downtown Kirkland. I want to be able to walk on Lake Washington Blvd, and watch the sunset over the water. So that would take care of a million easy.

I would pay off all existing debt. Wouldn’t that feel amazing? It just seems so far out of grasp right now, but I know it’s possible.

I’d donate to my church, and a few choice charities.

We’d start a couple small business’. Ideally, right next door to each other, so we could carpool and if I’m stressed, as I’m sure I would be often starting up my own business, a comforting hug would not be that far away.

I’d help some people out, with things that need helping. I’d take some classes. I’d buy some dishes.

Most importantly, I’d have babies. I’d have a few babies, that dressed adorably. I would love those babies, too.

That’s all for now 🙂
